Rebrand – April 2025

After 12 years in business, we have seen many changes! When I started way back in 2013, my focus was on handmade pieces and the name Blood & Stars worked with what I was doing. As we have grown and expanded our range, I felt that a different name would better represent where we are now and where we aim to be.

About Us – Haunted By Crystals

Established in January 2013, Haunted By Crystals was born from a love of gothic culture and an obsession with jewellery. After our Halloween wedding where a lot of the preparations had been DIY'd, I decided to carrying on creating items for my own use and after that to start Haunted By Crystals

Our aim for Haunted By Crystals is to provide a range of unique and wearable pieces, suitable for day to day or special occasions.

Starting with a single table in a local shopping centre, we now stock a wide range of our own handmade designs including our popular rosaries, eye catching head bands and many other styles of accessories. We expanded to include jewellery, homewares and gifts from gothic and alternative brands including Spirit Of Equinox,Nemesis Now and Alchemy Gothic.

In 2024, we began offering secondhand jewellery alongside our own pieces, with a focus on vintage and discontinued Alchemy Gothic. We trade at local events through out the year, including the New Forest Fairy Festival in Burley, Hampshire.

About Us - Tracy (Owner)

Interested in the dark side of life from an early age, I embraced the goth, metal and punk styles and music in my teens. I enjoyed making clothes and jewellery for myself during this time and also due to the lack of items available in mainstream stores.

I have a BA in Fashion (merchandising & communication focus)and completed a follow up course in Visual Merchandising (equivalent to an A Level)

My main inspiration comes from the goth and gothic subculture,music, media and art. Other influences include nature, the occult,horror works and fantasy worlds.

I live in the south of England with my family and black cat. I am also a collector of vintage Alchemy Gothic, with over 300 pieces in my personal collection.
